What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Opal Suite guests keep their room until 2 pm. If you arrive early we will store your bags and you are welcome to use the pool while you wait.
Do I have to stay at the hotel to visit the casino?
No. The casino floor is open to all visitors aged 21 and over with a valid photo ID. Hotel guests get a members card on arrival that tracks play and unlocks dining credits.
Is parking available?
Yes. Self parking is free for hotel guests, and valet parking is available around the clock at the main entrance for a small daily fee.
Can you host private events?
We host weddings, birthdays and corporate dinners in three event rooms that seat between 20 and 240 guests. Our events team will build a package around your date and budget.
Are children allowed at the hotel?
Families are welcome in the hotel, pool and restaurants. Guests under 21 cannot enter the casino floor or the high-limit salon at any time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Most rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Prepaid saver rates are non-refundable. Your confirmation email shows the exact terms for your booking.
